The Pueblo City Park Gun Range is a 10-lane facility that has been in operation for over 50 years.
It is primarily a handgun range, though some .22 rimfire rifles are allowed

Certain firearms are restricted. No handguns larger than .44 Magnum and no shotshell-firing handguns are permitted.
Centerfire rifles and carbines are not allowed.
Public Hours: Wednesday, Thursday from 7pm–9pm
Fee: $10 per shooter
Eye and ear protection are available if needed.

Showing up at the range without knowing what you’re doing is not a good plan.
Get some training first so you understand how to safely handle your firearm,
follow range commands, and actually hit what you’re aiming at.
Basic Range Safety Rules
- Treat every firearm as loaded
- Keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction
- Finger off the trigger until ready to fire
- Know your target and what’s beyond it
- Follow all range commands
- Wear eye and ear protection
Find the Range
From I-25 take Hwy 50 West to Pueblo Blvd. Head south to Goodnight Ave, turn into City Park,
and continue toward the Pueblo Zoo parking area. The range is just north of the zoo entrance.
